ABA Finds Collaborative Law Ethical

In the January 2008 edition of the ABA JOURNAL the American Bar Association reports that it's Center for Professional Responsibility has found the Collaborative Law process to be entirely ethical. This is welcome news after the Colorado Bar's Ethics Committee ruled that the Collaborative Process was unethical for Colorado attorneys in 2007. Although Colorado was only state to make such a ruling, it was feared that it's impact might spread. The ruling by the ABA ends that fear.
